EXHIBITING GUIDELINES: Display requirements, set up, take down and sales commission are set by each venue. Each venue sets their own space rental fee.
REGISTRATION FEES: $200. ArtWalk venue registration fee paid to ArtWalk Ventura
GET LISTED ON WEBSITE: To get listed as a participating venue on the ArtWalk Ventura’s website please send all of the following information in an email to kevin@downtownventura.org
• Your gallery name as you would like it listed
• Exhibiting artists names and exhibition title
• A digital photo of your venue saved as a jpeg
• A blurb about your venue.
• Your website address, and contact information
POSTER CAMPAIGN: ArtWalk Ventura’s poster campaign will feature select 2013 ArtWalk artists photgraphed by Chris Jensen. Each venue can submit up to 2 of their exhibitng artists to be featured on posters. The posters will be printed at 3’X5’ and 11” X 17”. Each venue will recieve 2 of each 11“X17” poster. If you are able to hang the 3‘X5’ posters in a place with street visibilty please contact Mary Perez. Send artists name, medium, phone number, and email to maryperez@sbcglobal.net for photo shoot scheduling.
DEADLINES: All fees must be paid and information submitted by Friday, May 31, 2013
